GIVE `EM THE BOOT IV - Comp (Hellcat Records 2004)

GIVE `EM THE BOOT IV - Comp (Hellcat Records 2004) This must be an ultimate party album, one of the best comps I've heard lately. Almost everything on it are cool songs that's makes me want to drink some beer and have some fun. "Rancid: Killing zone, Die Hunns: Marshall law, Brain Failure: That's what I know" are all great sing along punksongs, "The Aggrolites: Dirty reggae, The Slackers: Propaganda" makes me want to skank away like some odd rude boy, "U.S Roughnecks: Lost paradise" takes me back to an old Motorhead feeling, "Necromantix: Dead bodies, Rezurex: Dia de los muertes" are bloody good horrorsmelling cool psychobilly. And this goes on and on with bands like "Tiger Army, F-Minus, Dropkick Murphys, Lars Fredriksen and the bastards" and many more. One minus on this record are in my opinion "Transplants: Romper stomper remix" it sound in my ear like some peculiar sort of rap and I really did think it suck. And I was a bit confused because on my cd song 3 and 4 have changed places so I was a bit curious over how the bands have changed sound a first, but now it is nothing to bother about and besides those little things this is a hell of a record.
