| THE ROSEVALLEY PUNKROCKERS- R&B=Kutmuziek (Tocado Records ) Punk from the Nederlands with their roots in the 77:s, lyrics are both in Dutch and English, contains 17 tracks of punkrock. Cant se much influences from the never punkgenres here, maby a little bit from Oi! But I se it as 77:s rawpunk, with lot of guts and a whole bunch of humour, sometimes they put in a lot of speed but it never crosses the line to HC. Donīt know but sometimes I got a feeling that this is some sort of satire, but anyway this is a bunch of great stuff. "Asswipe" great speed and a fucking great refrain. Total humour. "Were gonna be rich(on the radio)" is a 77 kick arse song that's great and the refrain would probably make any of the 77 bands be green of jealousy. "Axl rose superstar" a wonderful buttkick to Axl with ripoffs from Jesus Christ superstar and Paradise city. |
