| SPERMBIRDS – Set An Example (CD Cargo Records 2004) What could I say about this, don’t think I ever had heard the Spermbirds before, to bad, because this was a good surprise. Hard and aggressive and melodic sometimes fast as Hardcore, but fucking catchy HC in those times. Can’t really put my finger on what to call this but I wouldn’t call it hardcore more rawpunk with a lot of variation. I just have to say one thing, this is good stuff. One of the songs I really did like was “Set an Example”, it just kicks ass. And don’t forget to listen to the really end. |
